Is Our Government Tossing Out the Constitution?

Texas immigration law is blocked again. The Constitution says, "Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution provides for the protection of states “against invasion,” and Article I, Section 10 reserves the right of states to defend themselves."

America is being invaded by illegal aliens. These people are allowed to come through without going through the due process. 

The Supreme says, "Texas has the right to defend itself against 'cartel-driven invasion."

Appeals court blocks controversial immigration law in Texas

Hours after the U.S. Supreme Court had allowed Senate Bill 4 to go into effect, a federal appeals court let an earlier injunction stand. SB 4 lets Texas police arrest people suspected of illegally crossing the Texas-Mexico border.

With Biden wanting all these illegals into America, crime is up. There are terrorists, cartels, and criminals that are coming over the border. 

The Injustice of the courts of America is outlandish and unfair. There are consequences to allowing so many people over the borders. Look at New York City? Crime in the subways.

A secret meeting with Mexican officials in Mexico City in December with Mr. Blinkin. The entire content is disclosed. Was there an agreement made? Were concessions handed over? What did we give up? Why is this not discussed when they talked about Civil War 2.0. 

Senators possibly passing an Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act. What does $116 Billion dollars go:

• 60 Billion dollars in aid to Ukraine,
• $20 Billion to secure the US southern Border,
• $14 Billion for security assistance to Israel,
• $10 Billion to civilians caught in the conflict zones of Gaza,
• Almost $5 Billion to vital regional partners in the Indo-Pacific to deter China,
• $2.5 Billion to support U.S. Central Command Operations in the Red Sea,
• $2.3 Ukrainians and Refugees displaced, 
• $400 Million for the non-profit security grant programs of worship for security enhancements

Require Homeland Security to shut down the border nearly. What does nearly shutting down the border mean? They will do this if the number of migrant aliens increases by more than 5,000 a day or seven days, and the border will shut down. This means 4000 people for six days; they can't nearly shut down the border. Allowing 5000 a day means 1.8 million people we know about coming into the country yearly. 

Did this solve anything? No, we were already having approximately 5000 migrants come in daily. 

Three bars of legitimacy - more demanding asylum standards, money for border wall:

1. Is there a criminal history not allowed to enter the United States. 

2. Could they have resettled in another country while coming to the United States?

3. Could they resettled somewhere else in their own country?

This bill gives the President emergency power to shut down this bill at any time. 

The Cartels are shifting the immigration border to Arizona and California since Abbott closed the Texas Border Crisis and Abbott shut it down.  Border crossings in California and Arizona went up 33 percent just in the last week. The Tucson section has more getaways that the Cartel illegally brings over. 

Many immigrants on the terrorist watch list are crossing illegally and paying extra money to the Cartels. Some of these terrorists have been caught. Right now, the government has no clue how many terrorists have crossed the border into the United States, creating imminent danger to all citizens of America. 

Last night in Denver, Colorado, the police arrested over 50 Qaeda members in the previous two months. Sleeper cells are all over Colorado (China, the Middle East, South America, Central America, and others). The State and Local police know and cannot do anything about it. Not only that, ISIS cases in Colorado.

• Over 10 million known illegal aliens have no legal status. The border does not require fingerprinting or rapid DNA tests, nor do they need ID, passports, or anything that proves their identity. The aliens fill out a form and can use any name they want. No one checks to make sure they are who they are.
• Over 2 to 4 million unknown illegal aliens have crossed the border and not gone through the checkpoints.
• What is going over the border? Drugs, traffickers, gangs, criminals, and terrorists. Plus, people who are wanting asylum.
• Over 80% of the women and children are brutally and/or sexually abused by the Derian gang. "Rape is part of the torture process to get the money," said Bertha Bermúdez Tapia, a sociologist at New Mexico State University researching the impacts of Biden's policy on migrants in Tamaulipas."
• The sponsored homes were never checked. Some of the sponsors take in 30 to 40 children. Chad Wolf felt like these were human traffickers. 
• Over 185,000 children are lost and never made it to the sponsored homes. Mr. Wolf believed these children were human trafficked rings or forced labor by the Cartels.
• The cartels run the borders. The people trying to come to America. Depending on how long they want to go to the border, each person pays 2 to 20,000 thousand dollars. 
• From the second video, our national security has been breached and will take years to clean up. During the Trump administration, they fixed the border problem. There were other problems they were working on until Joe Biden announced to the world that the borders were open and everyone could come.
• There is no defense at the border. All the policies before Trump and during Trump have been torn down. There is no policy to check the illegal immigrants. 
• Over 151 known terrorists came over the border. Not only that, many types of military equipment, drugs, and human trafficking have come across the border.
• In Mexico, Putin put the ERU in place. Basically, the global terrorist organizations are all in Mexico to infiltrate America for terrorism.
• The border with Mexico has recently become a hot spot for cartel activity. 
• The border problem caused the most significant humanitarian problem starting from Panama. When the illegal aliens are in the jungles, in the _____ area, the Cartels mistreat the people. Some people die on the way because of the rains, floods, lack of food or water, or are brutally murdered by the Cartel.

The Gulf Cartel and the Northeast Cartel are both active in the region and kidnap migrants for ransom, particularly those who arrive without smugglers' protection, according to security analysts.

An Ecuadoran woman said that while in captivity in Reynosa, her kidnappers repeatedly allowed a drug dealer to rape her in exchange for his deliveries of a white powder, which she suspected was cocaine.

International Terrorism at the Border

The border with Mexico has recently become a hot spot for cartel activity. This has further fueled the fire of the humanitarian crisis.  Many areas will have large population centers on the Mexican side of the border and little to no infrastructure on the American side, making them ideal places for launching points into the U.S.  

Since the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, ISIS’s regional branch—ISIS‑Khorasan— has gained more prominence and aims to globalize the group’s local grievances among Western audiences. Individuals with terrorist connections have established travel routes and permissive environments to facilitate access to the United States.

Iran maintains its intent to plot attacks against current and former US government officials in retaliation for the 2020 death of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Quds Force (IRGCQF) Commander and designated foreign terrorist Qassem Soleimani. Iran relies on individuals with pre-existing access to the United States for surveillance and lethal plotting—using dual nationals, members of criminal networks, and private investigators—and has attempted plots

that do not require international travel for operatives. Iran has put Hezbollah in Mexico, training the Cartels. 

Illegal Drugs at the Border

While terrorists pose an enduring threat to the Homeland, drugs kill and harm far more people in the United States annually. The increased supply of fentanyl and variations in its production during the last year have increased the lethality of an already deadly drug, a trend likely to persist in 2024. Traffickers in Mexico and the United States are using various additives, such as xylazine, and mixing fentanyl into counterfeit prescription pills, which are driving an increase in overdoses.

Given this trend, we expect fentanyl to remain the leading cause of narcotics-related deaths in the United States. The illegal narcotics trade also harms our communities by supporting violent criminal enterprises, money laundering, and corruption that undermines the rule of law. Seizures of fentanyl at our southern border continue to increase throughout 2023. Most are not caught.

Transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) in Mexico, particularly the Sinaloa Cartel and the

New Generation Jalisco Cartel remains the primary smuggler of fentanyl and other drugs into

the United States. These organizations continue to use bribery and violence to grow their

smuggling and narcotics production operations in Mexico, and they rely on companies in China

to purchase fentanyl precursor chemicals and pill-pressing equipment. 

Transnational Repression

China, Iran, and Russia will likely continue to pursue transnational repression activity in the Homeland, undermining US laws, norms, and individual rights. Adversaries have targeted individuals in the United States who they perceive

as threats to their legitimacy, including ethnic and religious minorities, political dissidents, and journalists.

Biden's Retaliation on Texas

President Biden banned all new liquid natural gas (LNG) export approvals. While Biden claimed this was a climate-related decision, many criticized the timing since it would likely hurt Texas's economy.
