If you follow the right news, you will see the money was spent on 300 miles of tunnels, missiles, guns, bombs, etc. Then, education to teach the Palestinian children to take the Jews - propaganda. Hamas made the people suffer. The humanitarian coming into Gaza, food, water, etc., is going to Hamas first. Hamas spent over $100 million per year for military infrastructure to kill the Jews.

Israel tried seven times by agreeing with the two-partide division of Israel. Every time, the Palestinians refused. Even in their limited movement, they could have created a paradise in the Gaza Strip and made beautiful resorts and a thriving infrastructure.
