Preventing Jews from entering the Temple Mount and returning the situation on the Mount to what it was before 2002.
The restoration of the Gaza Strip and international guarantees.
And now for the details according to the three stages of the Hamas Demands
The first stage (45 days) - Hamas requirements and conditions for this stage:
A complete (and mutual) cessation of military activity in the Strip, including air activity.
Withdrawal of IDF forces from the inhabited areas in the Gaza Strip to the borderline (with Israel, as it was on October 6th -AA).
The release of all Israeli abductees under the age of 19 (who are not soldiers), as well as the elderly and the sick whose names were previously agreed upon (referring to the hudna agreement of November -AA) in exchange for the release of all the Palestinian prisoners imprisoned in Israel who are younger than 19 or older than 50, as well as the sick among them, in addition to 1,500 Palestinian prisoners named by Hamas, of which 500 are serving life sentences.
Completing the necessary steps to ensure that the prisoners who were released for the offenses for which they were imprisoned are not re-arrested.
Improving the conditions of the remaining Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons and removing the restrictions imposed on them since October 7.
Preventing Jews from entering Al-Aqsa (the entire Temple Mount square) and restoring the situation to what it was before 2002.
Introducing 500 aid trucks daily into the Strip, including fuel.
All the displaced people were returned to their homes all over the Strip without movement restrictions.
The opening of all Gaza crossings for the movement of people and goods without restrictions, including the departure of men, women, and children for treatment outside the Gaza Strip without any limits.
Supply heavy engineering equipment for clearing rubble, civil defense equipment, and Ministry of Health equipment.
The rehabilitation of the hospitals and bakeries in the entire strip.
Bring in all the equipment needed to set up residential camps, including 60 thousand temporary residential buildings (trailers and containers), at a rate of 15 thousand per week.
The introduction of 200,000 tents at a rate of 50,000 per week.
The beginning of infrastructure restoration all over the Strip, including water, electricity, and communication infrastructures.
Approval of a comprehensive plan for rehabilitating all the residential, commercial, and public buildings that were destroyed due to the fighting within a practical schedule of three years.
Renewal of all the humanitarian aid provided to the residents of the Gaza Strip and especially the functioning of UNRWA - as before October 7.
Supplying the diesel needed to operate the power plant in Gaza and required for all sectors in the Gaza Strip.
Israel must be forced to meet the needs of the Gaza Strip in the area of electricity and water.
The beginning of the indirect talks reached an utterly calm agreement.
The exchange of prisoners will be closely related to the degree of implementation of the aid income.
Egypt, Turkey, Qatar, Russia, and the United Nations will guarantee the implementation of this agreement.
These are Hamas' demands for the first stage. This does not include two and three demands.
Would America make such an agreement if we were attacked, hostages were taken, and many Americans died? I doubt so. After 9/11, we did not negotiate but went in to go after the enemy. In Iraq alone, over 750,000 civilians were killed. We went after Al Queda in Afghanistan and other places.

Require Homeland Security to shut down the border nearly. What does nearly shutting down the border mean? They will do this if the number of migrant aliens increases by more than 5,000 a day or seven days, and the border will shut down. This means 4000 people for six days; they can't nearly shut down the border. Allowing 5000 a day means 1.8 million people we know about coming into the country yearly.
Did this solve anything? No, we were already having approximately 5000 migrants come in daily.

International Terrorism at the Border
The border with Mexico has recently become a hot spot for cartel activity. This has further fueled the fire of the humanitarian crisis. Many areas will have large population centers on the Mexican side of the border and little to no infrastructure on the American side, making them ideal places for launching points into the U.S.
Since the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, ISIS’s regional branch—ISIS‑Khorasan— has gained more prominence and aims to globalize the group’s local grievances among Western audiences. Individuals with terrorist connections have established travel routes and permissive environments to facilitate access to the United States.
Iran maintains its intent to plot attacks against current and former US government officials in retaliation for the 2020 death of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Quds Force (IRGCQF) Commander and designated foreign terrorist Qassem Soleimani. Iran relies on individuals with pre-existing access to the United States for surveillance and lethal plotting—using dual nationals, members of criminal networks, and private investigators—and has attempted plots
that do not require international travel for operatives. Iran has put Hezbollah in Mexico, training the Cartels.
Illegal Drugs at the Border
While terrorists pose an enduring threat to the Homeland, drugs kill and harm far more people in the United States annually. The increased supply of fentanyl and variations in its production during the last year have increased the lethality of an already deadly drug, a trend likely to persist in 2024. Traffickers in Mexico and the United States are using various additives, such as xylazine, and mixing fentanyl into counterfeit prescription pills, which are driving an increase in overdoses.
Given this trend, we expect fentanyl to remain the leading cause of narcotics-related deaths in the United States. The illegal narcotics trade also harms our communities by supporting violent criminal enterprises, money laundering, and corruption that undermines the rule of law. Seizures of fentanyl at our southern border continue to increase throughout 2023. Most are not caught.
Transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) in Mexico, particularly the Sinaloa Cartel and the
New Generation Jalisco Cartel remains the primary smuggler of fentanyl and other drugs into
the United States. These organizations continue to use bribery and violence to grow their
smuggling and narcotics production operations in Mexico, and they rely on companies in China
to purchase fentanyl precursor chemicals and pill-pressing equipment.
Transnational Repression
China, Iran, and Russia will likely continue to pursue transnational repression activity in the Homeland, undermining US laws, norms, and individual rights. Adversaries have targeted individuals in the United States who they perceive
as threats to their legitimacy, including ethnic and religious minorities, political dissidents, and journalists.

What is coming over the Border?
In fiscal year 2023, about 83% of the 1 million immigrants encountered by Border Patrol on the Texas-Mexico border were not Mexican citizens. Many are coming from Central and South America, Asia, or Eastern European countries.
How Many Illegal Immigrants Crossed Over into Texas
Almost 4 million encounters, or about 58 percent, were in border sectors, partly in Texas. In addition, the Department of Homeland Security estimates that about 1.6-1.8 million illegal immigrant “getaways” entered without being apprehended by Border Patrol, which we know does not include others we don't know.

During Biden Administration, the Border Patrol made 22,187 arrests of Chinese for crossing the border illegally from Mexico from January through September, nearly 13 times the same period in 2022.
